The Northants Warm Homes Insulation Scheme will close for new referrals on 30th November to allow for installations and paperwork to be completed by the 31st December deadline.
The scheme is funded by the big six fuel utilities under the Carbon Emissions Reduction Target scheme (CERT), which ends on 31st December.
